Our Return Policy
- Aqiq will only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.
- Only products in unopened, original packaging that have not been tampered with or used may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report. Aqiq will then determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether the item is eligible for return.
- Only products purchased at aqiq.com are eligible for returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
- Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that Aqiq is not responsible if returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Faulty Goods
Any items delivered to you that are broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected], and we will assist you with the process, including providing you with a courtesy return label.
