Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number, the details of your purchase, and other key information.

Our staff will carefully pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to our shipping partner, DHL, which will deliver it to your chosen address. At that point, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting the DHL website and entering your tracking number.

Please note: your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed, and up to 72 hours during weekends. During national or religious holidays, please allow for additional delays.

Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and will commence from the date of shipping. The delivery times shown below are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and may be delayed due to local customs clearance procedures.
